2. Assertion and determination
A. The defendant claiming the plaintiffs is obligated to pay the amount in the separate sheet corresponding to the total sum of the claim amount in the separate sheet as the total amount of resettlement funds, housing relocation expenses, and director expenses to the plaintiffs who are subject to cash settlement.
B. Determination 1) Where the articles of incorporation or management and disposal plan of a project implementer as to whether a project implementer is a person subject to cash settlement requires members to conclude a contract for sale in cash within a certain period after the expiration of the period for application for sale in lots, and the purport of the contract is determined to liquidate its rights in cash, it is additionally granted an opportunity for a project implementer to leave the project by refusing to conclude the contract for sale in lots within the pertinent period to the owner of land, etc. who was a member of the project implementer.
