A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 20, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of assault, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court for ten months, and was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for a special assault at the Seoul Central District Court on February 15, 2017 and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 25, 2017, the sentence of the said suspended sentence becomes void, and on September 7, 2018, the sentence of the said suspended sentence was completed in the Ansan Prison on September 7, 2018.

1. On December 6, 2018, around 02:30 on December 6, 2018, the Defendant served on the victim B (53 years of age) who was on the line at a DNA singing room located under the first floor in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, but the victim thought that he was disregarding himself, and assaulted the victim’s right eye by drinking.

2. Crimes against victims E;

A. A. On January 20, 2019, around 10:30 on January 20, 2019, the Defendant: (a) required the victim E (the 61-year-old) to pay for the large estimated price that the victim E (the 61-year-old) had been on credit prior to the volume of one month in front of the Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City; and (b) required to take a bath that “this Chewing, ringing, and being aware of the fact”; and (c) the transition ( approximately 15cm in length) of dangerous articles kept in the drinking snick, as the victim’s face was accumulated, and the victim’s face was taken once in drinking.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.

B. On January 21, 2019, around 09:30 on January 21, 2019, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim in front of the direction of the operation of the victim located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and (b) took a sprink (50cm in length), which is a dangerous object located far away from the victim; (c) took a bath to “sprink, sprink, sprink, and hick”; and (d) intending to take the victim’s body against the victim, such as attempting to throw the spick.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

3. The Defendant committed a crime against the Victim H at around 09:25, Jan. 24, 2019, at the seat of the Victim H located in Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
