1. The Plaintiff’s obligation to pay 90 million won for the purchase price pursuant to the real estate sales contract concluded on September 18, 2013 to the Defendant.

On September 18, 2013, when the Plaintiff purchased a 1174 square meters and 1213 square meters from the Defendant on his/her behalf, the Plaintiff agreed to substitute the payment of the purchase price with the collateral security or provisional attachment obligation (creditor through an agricultural cooperative) established on the said real estate in lieu of the Plaintiff’s acquisition. However, upon the Defendant’s request, the sales contract entered the purchase price in the sales contract as KRW 550,500,000,000, which included 90,000,000 in the amount of the said debt as KRW 460,000.
