Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 26, 2015, the Defendant, at around 20:25, 2015, engaged in a dispute with the victim D (the victim D, 56 years old) and drinking in front of the seaside shop in the aftermath of Busan Young-gu, Busan, the Defendant, while entering the said shop, sent the Defendant’s attitude of having the kitchen knife (the total length of 29cm, the knife length of 17cm) which is a dangerous thing in the said place, and putting the victim a knife, and then, she followed the victim “this knife”.

“Intimidating the victim”, the victim was threatened.
