A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Of the facts charged of this case, the prosecution against assault is dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

1. A special assault against the victim C was committed on September 17, 2017 by the Defendant’s house located in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, 2, and on September 17, 2017, at the Defendant’s house located in the second and second floors, on the facts when the victim C(48 years of age) was her own seated, and the Defendant took a knife with a knife, which is a dangerous object on the inside and outside of the room, and took a knife with a knife and knife with a knife and knife the part of the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.

2. On December 25, 2017, the Defendant injured the victim E, at C’s house located in Hongcheon-gun F.18:45 on December 25, 2017, the Defendant reported that the victim E (46 years of age) is under the influence of alcohol and that the victim E (46 years of age) is under the influence of alcohol, and without any justifiable reason, continued to walk the victim’s face at once with knee and walk the victim’s face at once with the victim’s face. On December 29, 2017, the Defendant refused to leave the victim C, at the victim C’s house located in Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun (F. 206) on December 12:30, 2017, the Defendant called “unfastening” even if he/she received a request from the victim for a demand from the victim to leave the house five times on five occasions. From that time, the Defendant refused to leave the house for about one hour and ten minutes until the police officer called up to 13:40 on the same day by filing a report with the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant did not comply with the demand of the victim to leave without justifiable reasons.
