Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 24, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol on the blood alcohol level of 0.09% at around 21:19 on April 24, 2014, and without a driver’s license, the Defendant driven a 100-meter 49c U.S. Non-registered Trackb in front of the solar body in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, Yeongdeungpo-gu, without a driver’s license to the front of the solar body in front of the solar body in the Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is the owner of a registered 49cc.

Despite the fact that a motor vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance is not operated on the road, the defendant was driving a motor vehicle in the same manner as above at the time and place specified in the preceding paragraph.
