A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

The defendant shall complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On July 20, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of probation for six months as a crime of violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts at Open Space), and on July 26, 2013, the same court was sentenced to one year of imprisonment due to quasi-indecent acts, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 2, 2013, and completed the execution of the said sentence in the Incheon Prison on April 23, 2014.

1. At around 01:30 on May 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) deducted the key of the clothes in the victim E from the cresh of the D 3rd floor located in Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si; (b) opened the clothes lap with the said key in the fourth male escape room; and (c) cut off the 300,000,000,000,000 won, including the cash 4.9 won in the victim’s possession; and (d) three copies of credit cards.

On May 8, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 20:30 on May 20, 2014, at the play place in front of the piracy, which is located 24-lane 3-lane 24, the Defendant 2 years ago, together with G, the father of the Victim F (V, 7 years old) who was living together with the victim; (b) had the victim fright to commit an indecent act by using the fact that the ordinary victim was well-grounded without his/her own boundary; (c) induced the victim to drink him/her; and (d) induced the victim to drink him/her; (d) around 21:00 on the same day, he/she sawed the victim to drink him/her with h, who was 201 at the same time.

그 후 피고인은 다음 날 00:00경 피해자가 잠을 잔다며 옷을 모두 벗고 침대에 눕자 자신도 옷을 모두 벗은 상태에서 피해자의 옆에 누워 성행위에 대한 인식이 없는 피해자의 가슴, 엉덩이, 음부 등 온 몸을 혀로 핥고, 자신의 발기된 성기를 피해자의 음부에 대고 비비고, 피해자로 하여금 자신의 성기를 만지게 하였다.
