1. Of [Attachment 4] 25,781 square meters of Tran-si, annexed land 33 to 37, 18, 17, 16, and 33 shall be connected in order of each point.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On June 9, 1930, T Forest land 25,781 square meters (the area was 24,397 square meters prior to the filing of the instant lawsuit, but the area was modified as above on March 7, 2016; hereinafter “instant forest land”) in Si/Gun/Gu. X, Y, and Z shared shares 1/5 shares, respectively.
B. On April 2, 2008, Pursuant to the former Act on Special Measures for the Registration of Ownership of Real Estate (amended by Act No. 7500 of May 26, 2005), AA completed the entire registration of ownership transfer on the ground of inheritance on September 16, 197, PB’s 1/5 shares of X, AB’s 1/5 shares on the ground of inheritance on June 20, 197, and Defendant D completed the entire registration of ownership transfer on October 1, 1990.
C. On April 13, 2012, Defendant E, G, F, and AC completed the entire share transfer registration with respect to the share AB 1/5 of the forest of this case on April 13, 2012 by 1/20 shares each for the same day donation.
On October 27, 2014, the Plaintiff completed on October 24, 2014, a full registration of transfer of shares arising from a compulsory auction on October 24, 2014 with respect to 1/20 shares of AC out of the forest land of this case.
E. On June 24, 2015, Defendant S completed the entire transfer registration for shares AA’s 1/5 out of the forest of this case on the same day on the ground of donation.
F. On January 16, 1980, Y succeeded to each of the shares of Defendant J and C, R, H, and I in the forest of this case, 484/10560 shares, each of the shares of Defendant K, L, L, M, N, 121/10560 shares, and the shares of Defendant B 180/10560 shares, Defendant C, R, H, and I, each of which is 120/10560 shares.
G. On November 26, 1986, V succeeded to the shares of Defendant Q Q 4/65 of the forest of this case and the shares of Defendant P 9/65 of the total amount of shares, such as the shares of inheritance in attached Form 3 netV.
H. Part of the instant forest land is installed with the Defendants’ shipbuilding graves, and the night trees managed by AA and AD are growing, and the said night trees are temporarily planted.
