Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On January 26, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) in the Gwangju District Court’s support for the promotion of the head of Gwangju District Court on April 28, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence.

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Cren car.
On February 28, 2015, the Defendant driven the said car without a driver’s license on February 20, 2015, and led the Defendant to drive the said car along the “Emart” front of the “Emart” road located in Gwangju Northern-gu, from the “Emart” side.
Since there is a place where the center line of yellow-ray was installed, there was a duty of care to see the front line and the left and the right of the driver and to safely proceed along the tea.
Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and was negligent in driving the center line with the center line, thereby resulting in the Defendant’s failure to drive GS3 car back part of the victim FF drive as the front part of the passenger car.
Ultimately, the Defendant damaged the victim’s car by occupational negligence as above, which is equivalent to KRW 1,141,188.
2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;
Nevertheless, the defendant operated a C Car Karen car which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1.
[2015 Highest 2096] On April 21, 2015, the Defendant driven a car of Karen which was not covered by mandatory insurance from about 1km to the front road of the Defendant’s house located in the North-gu Seoul Northern District, Gwangju, without obtaining a driver’s license on April 21, 2015, to the front road of the North-gu Office located in the same Gu.
