The judgment of the court below is reversed.

A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

20,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

2. We examine ex officio prior to the judgment on the grounds for appeal for ex officio determination.

Of the facts charged in the case of 2019 Highest 2655, the prosecutor applied for the permission to amend the indictment with the content that “dyponing approximately 0.03g of psychotropic drugs (i.e., e., dypopon),” “dyponing them into coffee,” which read 0.05g of psychotropic drugs (i.e., psychotropic drugs) as water, and then dyponing them into Defendant’s arms.”

In addition, the judgment of the court below is no longer maintained as the case was changed by this court's permission.
