On November 2, 2010, the Defendant submitted the above real estate sales contract to the competent division in charge of the instant case where the Seoul High Court 2007Na85289, which was located in Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu, filed a lawsuit for return of unjust enrichment with the Seoul High Court (Seoul High Court 2007Na85289) to the Defendant and exercised the contract as if it were genuine.
