Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 15 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who served as a teacher at the Ulsan High School from March 1, 2012 to January 8, 2014.

1. Around March 2012, the Defendant accessed D High Schools located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu E from the behind the Victim F (L, 15 years of age) who took notes on the books among the Korean language classes in the book, and laid down the Victim’s hand and the arms with the Victim’s hand.

Accordingly, the defendant, as a teacher, committed an indecent act by force against the juvenile victim as a juvenile under the protection and supervision of the defendant.

2. On May 2012, the Defendant: (a) completed an interim examination at the school office of the above D High School; (b) followed by the completion of the interim examination; (c) asked the Victim FF in the school room; (d) asked the Victim F of the said D High School to see whether he was sexually fluored in the Korean language; and (e) knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee knee kle kle

Accordingly, the defendant, as a teacher, committed an indecent act by force against the juvenile victim as a juvenile under the protection and supervision of the defendant.

3. On June 2012, the Defendant: (a) in the course of Korean language lessons at the above D High School, the Defendant: (b) stated the victim F of the said D High School that “I would have kisck to have kissck to have kisceds;” and (c) carried out the victim’

Accordingly, the defendant, as a teacher, committed an indecent act by force against the juvenile victim as a juvenile under the protection and supervision of the defendant.

4. Around July 2012, the Defendant laid stairs from the second floor of the above D High School (nive, the age of 15) on the part of the victim G (nive, the age of 15). Around July 2012, the Defendant laid down the victim’s left part inside.

Accordingly, the defendant, as a teacher, committed an indecent act by force against the juvenile victim as a juvenile under the protection and supervision of the defendant.

5. On May 2012, the Defendant reported that the victim H (n, 16 years of age) is cleaning in the central stairs of the said D High School after the completion of the intermediate examination.
