The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. Where there is no change in the conditions of sentencing compared to the lower court’s judgment on the unfair argument of sentencing, and the sentencing of the lower court is not beyond the reasonable scope of discretion, it is reasonable to respect such a case (see Supreme Court Decision 2015Do3260, Jul. 23, 2015). In this case, there is no change in the conditions of sentencing compared to the lower court’s judgment on the ground that the new materials of sentencing were not submitted

In addition, the crime of this case was committed in full view of the sentencing conditions shown in the records and arguments of this case, including the fact that the defendant was sentenced to three years and six months of imprisonment due to robbery, and subsequently committed the crime of this case during the repeated crime, even though the defendant among various sentencing factors, is favorable to the defendant, such as the confession of the crime of this case, even if the defendant among the multiple sentencing factors, is considered to have been favorable to the defendant, such as the fact that the court below's punishment against the defendant is too excessive and excessive, and thus, it cannot be deemed to have exceeded the reasonable scope of discretion.

The defendant's assertion that the sentencing of the court below is unreasonable is not accepted.
