If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 6, 2013, at around 07:23, the Defendant, while drunkly drinking a blood alcohol concentration of 0.271%, driven a B string vehicle at the section of approximately 1 Km from the public parking lot in the front of the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front road of the Gangseo-gu middle school tennis located in the Guwon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
