The reasoning of the judgment of this court is as follows: (a) the second 18th 18th 2 of the judgment of the court of first instance refers to the evidence No. 17-2 of the evidence No. 17; (b) the statement or video “A” submitted in the trial; and (c) the overall purport of the pleading is as follows: (a) the testimony of the witness D of the court of first instance is identical to the grounds of the judgment of the court of first instance; and (b) such testimony is cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
