Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant 249 of 2017 is a person who operates a general restaurant in the name of “F,” “G,” respectively.

1. From June 20, 2016 to February 20, 2017, the Defendant tried to open a gambling house for the purpose of profit-making in the said business establishment.

Defendant: (a) installed three chip chip bags, chip bags, and chip bags within the said establishment; and (b) provided 10,000 won to customers with chip 10,000 won within the said establishment; and (c) provided the casino games with chip 10,000 won.

In addition, the game winner provided free gifts, such as 200,000 won, and had a large number of chips holders exchange a certain number of chips with alcohol.

As a result, the Defendant opened gambling for profit.

2. A food service provider in violation of the Food Sanitation Act shall have the duty to prevent gambling, other speculative acts or disturbance in his/her establishment;

From June 20, 2016 to February 20:30, from June 20, 2017, the Defendant violated the code of practice of food entertainment business operators by operating the said business through gambling in fact, such as allowing many unspecified customers to engage in casino games, such as dumnas, black kacks, and kacks, and granting free gifts to passengers, or exchanging a certain number of chips as drinking.

3. On April 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened gambling games with the trade name “I”; (b) opened a black j game board at the same time; and (c) carried on business by providing a chip to its customers and exchanging a chip on the chip accompanied by carrying on the chip; (d) provided a chip to the J, a guest who was on the said main point from around 01:00 to 04:00, the Defendant provided the chip to the said main point; and (e) provided the chip game.

As a result, the Defendant opened gambling for profit.
