A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. From August 5, 2015 to September 17, 2016, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts, including brokerage, etc. of sexual traffic (such as brokerage, etc. of sexual traffic), operated a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name "E" in the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and the underground floor No. 4 (D commercial buildings) from around August 5, 2015 to September 17, 2016, by allowing F, a female employee, to engage in a similar behavior, such as leading to a situation by neglecting the sexual identity of male customers, and paid 40,000 won out of the sexual traffic price to the above F.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging sexual traffic.

2. From September 1, 2016 to September 17:40, 2016, the Defendant engaged in similar acts over nine times in total, such as: (a) receiving KRW 80,00 in cash from nine unspecified male customers at a sexual traffic business establishment listed in paragraph (1) from around September 1, 2016 to around September 17:40, respectively; and (b) leading to the situation by neglecting the sex of the said male grandchildren.

Accordingly, the defendant committed sexual traffic.

3. No person who violates the Health Act in a school, environmental sanitation and cleanup zone shall conduct business providing services in which physical contacts between unspecified persons or sexual acts, such as exposure to sealed parts, are conducted, or any other similar acts are likely to be conducted;

Nevertheless, from August 5, 2015 to September 17:40, 2016, the Defendant operated the commercial sex acts in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and the underground floor 4 (D commercial buildings), which are school environment cleanup zones, and operated the commercial sex acts as above, and caused male customers to engage in similar behavior with female employees.
