A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Electronic Financial Transactions Act shall transfer or acquire any deposit passbook and any means of access, such as cash cards, unless otherwise provided for in any Act;

Nevertheless, around January 29, 2013, the Defendant issued the agricultural bank account under the name of the Defendant (C) deposit passbook, cash card, and password to the bearer of the Kwikset Service, in front of the Kokset's office located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Guro-gu, 5-44-11.

Accordingly, the Defendant transferred the means of access used in electronic financial transactions.

2. On January 31, 2013, the non-indicted 14:11, 201, the non-indicted 2, who is an offender of the fraud cryping “Singing”, false statement, stating that the victim’s cell phone (F) was captured, transported, transported, and then transferred to the said cryping account in the name of 30 million won to 48,000 won, and then transferred to the said cyping account in the name of 30,000 won to 30,000 won, which was deposited in the name of 30,000,000 won in the name of 30,000,000 won to 30,000 won, which was transferred to 48,000 won in the name of NAF and to 488,000,000 won in the name of the said cyping account, respectively, to transfer money to the said cyping account.
