Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving Bsch Rexton car.

On July 14, 2019, at around 17:50, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.185% and proceeded to turn to the left from the D bank to the care center room of the E-care center.

In this case, the driver has a duty of care to properly see the front left and accurately manipulate the steering and brakes to prevent accidents.

Nevertheless, as long as the Defendant neglected to perform his duty on the front line due to negligence while neglecting this, the Defendant received a part of the backer part of the GSP car on the right side of the GSP car on which the victim F (hereinafter referred to as 28 years old) was parked at the edge of the lane at the left side of the running direction of the Defendant.
