Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

However, it is against the Defendants for three years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A refers to himself/herself as the president of the “C” for three months from February 7, 2013 to May 13, 2013, and called 139 times in total at the 114 Telephone Information Center (ktcs).

On February 14, 2013, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol around 23:40 on February 14, 2013, sent a cell phone at the location of Gwangjubuk-gu, Gwangju-gu, with the phone number guidance service (114) located in 122-4, Gwangju-dong, Gwangju-dong, with the cell phone number guidance service (114), and obstructed the victim E and the victim F, etc., who are female counselors who received the phone, with the phone, by carrying out the city expenses, and by carrying out the city expenses, “I are the president, I are the president, I will am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, and I am am.” From around 23:40 on February 14, 2013 to April 21:46, 2013 to interfere with the victims’ telephone number service without any force during the 19-day telephone number guidance service.

2. Defendant B was 127 phone numbers from February 26, 2013 to April 24, 2013.

On March 3, 2013, the Defendant, while drunkd on March 21:43, 2013, using a mobile phone at an influence location, opened a phone call at Gwangju-dong 122-4, Gwangju-dong 122-4, and obstructed the victims’ telephone number guidance service by force by force, such as: (a) talking the victim F, the victim G, etc. who received the phone call; and (b) engaging in a city fee; and (c) engaging in the fluence “this flusium, flusium, and this flusium,” and “the b1:43 from March 3, 2013 to March 21:31, 2013, as indicated in the [Attachment 2-day List] 21:31, 2013.
