A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

around July 9, 2019, the Defendant requested to the effect that the body can not be divided into two parts of the former North Korea Police Station B zone of the North Korea Police Station. However, the police officer in charge did not faithfully handle his request. On the following day, the police officer in charge was using the first line on the road when crossing the vehicle without permission to verify it. At the time, the police officer came to know that he operated the cell phone system of the Defendant to contact the Defendant’s family members and visited the Defendant’s husband. In order to contact the Defendant’s family members, the police officer attempted to resist the said district unit.

1. The Defendant committed the crime around July 10, 2019: (a) took a bath to the police officers belonging to the former North Korea Police Station B located in the former North Korea Police Station B located in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City from around 10:41 to around 10:51, 2019, stating, “I am unable to contact the husband as to why I am am am am am am am am am am am am son,” and, (b) was assaulted by the method that I am am son, the police officers belonging to the said earth, walk 7-9 times the lower body part of the said D, walked 7-9 times the lower body part of the said D, and used the chest part of the E (the age 41), who are the police officers belonging to the said earth (the age am am son), one time, and twice the parts of the arms.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in relation to the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes.

2. 2019. 7. 12.경의 범행 피고인은 2019. 7. 12. 9:57경부터 10:10경까지 사이에 제1항 기재 전북익산경찰서 B지구대에서 제1항 기재와 같이 경찰관을 폭행한 일로 현행범 체포되었던 것을 항의하면서 위 사건과 관련된 조서를 달라고 요구하던 중, 위 지구대 소속 경찰관인 순경 F(여, 31세)에게 “왜 볼펜을 딱딱거리냐”, “니년만 임신하냐, 나도 니 나이뻘 되는 아들이 있다”는 등의 말을 하고, 손으로 위 F의 가슴 부위를 1회 치고, 손을 휘둘러 이를 말리는 위 지구대 소속 경찰관인 경위 E을 향하여 때릴 듯한...
