A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 27, 2013, at around 16:50, the Defendant: (a) sought to carry a living information log in front of the above restaurant in Busan City, D; (b) assaulted the victim E (52 years old) who was followed by the victim, while going to the said restaurant proprietor and the pilot, on the ground that the victim’s flab was scam and scam scam, and was scam in his hand, and was scamed with a 15 cm knife (15 cm “one knife”) in length, which is a dangerous object in the flab’s money; and (c) assaulted the victim, such as being fladd with the victim.
