A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaging in driving a car BLA20.

On July 10, 2020, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol 0.217% of blood alcohol level around 23:40 on July 10, 2020, and driven the road of five lanes in front of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government at a speed that is impossible to see the four-lanes from the border area to the intersection of tin-water level, and changed the course into five-lane.

In such cases, it is likely that a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle would impede the normal passage of another motor vehicle running in the direction of changing course, and there is a duty of care to safely change the direction light in advance to prevent accidents and drive the motor vehicle safely.

Nevertheless, while under the influence of alcohol as above, the Defendant was driven by the victim D(the age of 57) who is driving along five lanes due to negligence, and was driven by the victim D(the age of 57). The left back part of the car was driven by the Defendant’s front part of the driver’s length in front of the right side of the vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant, while driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol that is difficult to drive normally, suffered injury to the victim F (F) who was on the said D and the said nare on board the said vehicle for about two weeks, such as salt d and tensions in need of treatment for about two weeks.

2. The Defendant was driving the said GLA220 vehicle under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.217% from the 2km section from the 2km road around Songpa-gu Seoul to the place specified in paragraph (1) of the Road Traffic Act.
