Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 13, 2017, at around 20:30, the Defendant driven a vehicle B while under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.127% in the 2km section from the front of a Guner Station in the Seoul Special Metropolitan Gwangjin-gu Military Automatic to the front road of about 809, as prescribed in the same Gu Ordinance.
