The crimes of "2018 Highest 443" by 1/11, "2018 Highest 587" and "2018 Highest 658" are each crimes.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 25, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Gwangju District Court on June 23, 2016. On January 25, 2017, the enforcement of the said sentence was terminated. On August 25, 2017, the Gwangju District Court sentenced one year of imprisonment and one million won of fine by committing a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Intimidation, etc.) and completed the execution of the said sentence on August 2, 2017. The said judgment became final and conclusive on December 20, 2017.
Around September 19, 2017, the Defendant: (a) accessed “F,” a trading site of used goods online, in the PC bank located in the PC located in the B-dong, Seo-gu, Gwangju, Seo-gu; and (b) falsely read that “The Defendant would deliver 40,000 won per page 1 to the victim by visiting the victim’s G posts and contacting the victim’s posts.” (c) At first, the Defendant would sell 280,000 won to the victim at KRW 70,000 per page 1.”
However, in fact, the Defendant did not own the above performance pockets and thought that it would meet the shortage of living expenses when he was transferred. Therefore, even if he received 280,000 won from the victim, he did not have the intent or ability to deliver the above performance pockets.
Nevertheless, the Defendant received 280,000 won from the victim’s account (Account Number: I) in the name of the Defendant on the same day, and received 30,000 won in total from May 16, 2018, from 30 victims of cash and cultural products in the same way as shown in the attached Table 1 of Crimes List.

1. On May 9, 2018, the Defendant against the victim D, who was listed on the “L” website bulletin board in the Gangnam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Jambel K, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, would purchase the “L” computers for KRW 4.10,00,000 by reporting the victim’s writing and communicating with the victim.
