Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 2, 2017, at around 17:28, the Defendant, who was on board an escalator in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D D building, taken a video image for about 1 minute 35 seconds of the victim’s name and non-explosion (e.g., n., n., n., n.e., n., n., n.e., n., n., n.e., n., n., n.e., n., n.s. n., n.e., n.s., n.s.).

2. On the same day as Paragraph 1, the Defendant taken video images for about 23 seconds of the victim’s name bucks, who suffered a short satis in the shape of satis (e.g., age satis) in the same manner as Paragraph 1, at the same place as paragraph 1, at around 17:33 around the same day.

3. Around 22:58 on the same day as Paragraph 1, the Defendant taken a screen picture between approximately 1 minute 35 seconds of the victim’s name and non-filled buck in the front of the Defendant, who was on board a subway 2 line F. F. 4 airbuck in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, and was on board the airbuck 2:58, using the same method as Paragraph 1, in which the victim was a white f.m. in front of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant taken three times against his will the body of the victims who could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a mechanical device with a camera function.

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;

1. Article 16 (2) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes Committed to Order;

1. Article 48(1) of the Criminal Act of confiscation.
