A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be ordered to attend a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

1. On May 26, 2017, the Defendant attempted to commit indecent act by compulsion: (a) at the fourth floor elevator of the Daegu-gu C Hospital, Daegu-gu, where the alcohol poisoning was hospitalized at around 21:30 on May 26, 2017, the Defendant considered the victim D (the age of 58) who is the nurse of the said hospital at the fourth floor located in B, to drink the victim, and (b) attempted to punish both arms and commit an indecent act by taking the victim’s inside, but the Defendant attempted to commit an indecent act by taking the victim’s chest as soon as possible. However, the Defendant attempted to commit an attempted act without having the intent to commit such act.

2. At the fourth nurse of the above hospital, the injured Defendant resisted the above behavior of the Defendant at the same time, and when the above D and the nurse E resisted about 10 times in front of the Defendant, the victim F, who was the patient guardian at this site, read the Defendant, and obstructed the Defendant, the victim F, who was the patient guardian at this site, “I am frithe, I am frithe, I ambrithe, I ambrithe, I ambrithe, I ambrithe, I ambrithe, I ambrithe.”

As a result, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim, such as the cutting of a peltos that need to be treated for about three weeks.

around 23:41 on October 23, 2018, the Defendant: (a) reported the 1112 case in relation to the case of assaulting I who was driven by the first-class Ha on the roads of Daegu Seo-gu, Seogu, Seogu, and sent, and reported the 112 report, and (b) sent by K and L to the police officer of the police station of the Taegu Police Station in order to stop H; (c) to walk K et al. to go beyond the floor of the vehicle; (d) to go out by K et al.; and (d) to go up to K’s face; and (d) to go up on the passenger motor vehicle of which he was passing; and (d) to go up by L, the Defendant sent L face once a week.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in regard to the handling of 112 reported cases.
