A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 21:00 on December 29, 2012, the Defendant considered the issue of study, employment, etc. in the Defendant’s residence of Goyangyang-gu Seoul building 103, Goyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoul, with a view to committing suicide by failing to keep a sense of serious burden, and opened an urban gas pipe connected with the gas pipe to supply urban gas, and continuously released urban gas in the room by opening the middle valve with the kitchen gate in that place, and then 23:0 on the same day.

At around 10:42 on December 30, 2012, the Defendant: (a) knew that explosive gas can be explosiond if it was emitted by the flame because it was worn out inside the interior, and then, (b) considered that “the gas may kill it, if so,” and (c) considered “the gas to be fluor, so that it may die,” and (d) enter the toilet as “the fluor, a large-scale brue, and a dead,” and (d) rapidly transfer the same to the city gas acquired from the indoor of the same time, such as the current status of personal damage caused to the victims, and at the same time, there was a risk to the property of the victims, such as the current status of physical damage attached Form 1.

Accordingly, the defendant sold explosive objects, thereby causing the injury of people and causing danger to people's property.
