Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, from the date of the final judgment of this case, the defendants are above two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendants A and B: around 16:45 on September 11, 2015, 2015, the two stories in the FM market in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City - 11; ① the registered trademark of the owner of the trademark right, “HAZYS” (registration number: No. 08970) 46 pages 46; ② the owner of the trademark right, ② the registered trademark of Samsung 2, a trademark of the same or similar type attached with the trademark “DAKS” (registration number: No. 0904820); ③ the owner of the trademark right, attached with the trademark registration number of Samsung 30, a trademark of the same or similar type as those of the owner of the trademark right, and ④ the registration number of Samsung 30, a trademark of the owner of the trademark right, attached with the trademark registration number of Samsung 30, a trademark of the same or similar type as those of the owner of the trademark right.

C. The trademark right of the above trademark owner was infringed upon by keeping in custody the title 38 Doz., a trademark of the same or similar shape as “BGNER” (No. 0601163), which is the trademark of the trademark owner, the trademark of “BLACK YAK YAK” (registration number: No. 0380952) and the trademark of the above trademark owner, the trademark of which is identical or similar to “BGNER” (registration number: No. 060163), and the trademark of the above trademark owner for sale.

2. Defendant A around September 11, 2015, at the office of “H” operated by the Defendant located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, G and 2, the Defendant attached a trademark of “DAKS” (registration number: No. 0904820) that is identical or similar to the trademark of “DAKS” (registration number: No. 0904820) with the trademark of “BENPPLE” (registration number: No. 0914033), the trademark of which is the trademark owner of Samsung C&T, the same or similar type as the trademark of “BENPLE” (registration number: No. 091403) on which the trademark owner is registered.
