At around 22:05 on April 29, 2013, under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.130% in blood, the Defendant driven a car with approximately KRW 1 km distance from the front side of the Seo-dong Samsung Real Estate in the Dong-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seocheon-gu to the front side of the Sungdong-dong, Seodong-dong, Sungdong-dong.
