1. Basic facts

A. On October 7, 1915, J entered into the Land Survey Division established under the Joseon Land Survey Order during the Japanese occupation period of the land situation (hereinafter “instant land before the instant partition”), stating that it was under the assessment on October 7, 1915 at KRW 433 (hereinafter “the land before the instant partition”).

Since November 21, 1962, the Act on Temporary Measures for Administrative Districts in the Suwon-gun and the neighboring areas was enacted on November 21, 1962, and was incorporated into the Gosung-gun, according to the consolidation of administrative districts around 1919.
