1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

As the cause of the instant claim, the Plaintiff, on July 22, 2013, lent KRW 70 million to Defendant B on the due date on October 22, 2013, and Defendant C jointly and severally guaranteed the above debt of Defendant B, which the Defendants jointly and severally liable to pay the Plaintiff the loan amounting to KRW 70 million and the damages for delay.

The evidence No. 1 (Evidence) cannot be used as evidence, since there is no evidence to prove the authenticity of the evidence, and there is no other evidence to prove the plaintiff's above assertion.

Therefore, all of the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendants cannot be accepted.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants of this case is all dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
