A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
" 2018 Gohap 18"
1. On October 14, 2016, the injured Defendant: (a) committed a dispute with the injured party while getting on or off the HM5 vehicle owned by G in the main place of business, which is a substitute driver F (44 years old), prior to the “E amusement shop” located in Gangseo-si D on October 14, 2016; and (b) brought to the time of the dispute with the injured party as an agent fee.
On the same day, the Defendant, in front of the J hot spring hole located in Gangnam-si I, 01:14 on the same day, brought the victim away from the vehicle that the victim would no longer drive for the said reason, brought the victim's head, knife the victim's face one time due to drinking with the victim's head collection, leaving the victim over the floor, walking the victim's face, walking the victim's face side and the body part, walking the victim's body part and walking the body part, resulting in the victim's injury, such as the mouth of the closed mouth, and resulting in a permanent loss of the right-to-hand 4 degree due to the defect of hearing ability.

Nevertheless, around November 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) requested that “the bank transaction is likely to open and transfer an account in the name of the Defendant because of bad credit standing; and (b) transferred the passbook of the national bank account in the name of the Defendant to M, which is the head of the bank account in the name of the Defendant and the debit card of the access media in the above national bank.” (c) around that time, the Defendant transferred to M the passbook of the national bank account in the name of the Defendant.
