Criminal facts

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the operation of dumpp vehicles.

On January 10, 2018, the Defendant driven the above snow removal vehicle around 04:29, and got the five-lane road located on the shooting distance in the Nowon-dong Seoul Special Metropolitan City City in the complex cultural center at the seat of the complex cultural center to turn to the left according to the two-lanes from the leaf new underground vehicular road.
