A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 08:40 on February 19, 2018, the Defendant taken the body of the victim who may cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame on 28 occasions, such as the list of crimes in the annexed list of crimes, against the victim’s chests against the victim’s will during his/her residence in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu B (n, 43 years of age). From March 7, 2018, the Defendant taken the victim’s chests against the victim’s will during his/her sexual intercourse.

2.
