A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 1, 2008, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court, and on January 5, 2009, issued a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for the same crime at the same court on January 5, 2009. On October 11, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for four months and one year for suspended execution for the same crime in the same court on October 11, 201, and on January 31, 2013, was sentenced to imprisonment for the same crime at the Busan High Court for eight months or more.
