Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On April 23, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years and six months for a crime of violation of the Act on the Protection of Child and Juvenile Sex, etc. at the Daegu High Court, and the suspended sentence was revoked on October 29, 2015, and the execution of the sentence was completed at the Daegu Prison on July 29, 2016.

[Criminal facts] The Defendant had weak ability to discern things or make decisions due to polar disorder, etc.

1. Violence;

A. On November 9, 2016, around 09:15, the Defendant heard the horses that the Defendant could not sell tobacco on credit from the victim E (37 years old) in the Daegu-gu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, and assaulted the victim’s face and back-to-face by drinking it.
