A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 12, 2008, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Jeju District Court on March 12, 2008, and on January 21, 2016, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 3 million for the same crime at the same court.
On March 24, 2016, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol 0.230% during blood transfusions, driven a vehicle with at least 100 meters B rocketing car to the front road of the new officetel located in the same Dong from the Do near the New Airport in Jeju Interlock.
