A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On May 28, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for ten months by imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) at the District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 5, 2019.

1. Public performance and obscene;
