1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B received July 28, 2014 from the Chuncheon District Court with respect to each real estate listed in the separate sheet.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. A. 1) The clan C (which is distinguished from D's nationality size, and is distinguishable from D's subordinate clans) is a clan consisting of descendants who jointly set up "E" for the 28-year-old descendants of C, and its descendants were mainly residing in Chuncheon and Hongcheon. 2) The descendants were 29-year-old descendants, and the F had 30-year-old descendants as foreign children, and the H, I and J had 31-year-old descendants as 31-year-old descendants, but the H had 32 years-old descendants, L, and M, but the I and the "J" were 32 years-old descendants.
3) The 32-year-old damage K established the “N”, “O”, and “P” as its children. While N and O were in active service for the members of the clan C, N were born in Qacheon, and the descendants of N were living in Qacheon and constituted the “Sacheon-gu Council.” After that, the descendants of N were gathered in Qacheon, and the descendants of N were living in Qacheon-gu and constituted the “Rae-friendly Council.” 4) A clan, which was jointly made up of Qaem and Ra-friendly circuits, was composed of Qaem and Ra-friendly conference, but the above Qa and Ra-friendly association was appointed a separate representative to take charge of the business of the clan-friendly conference, such as the management of the above soil, and did not establish separate regulations.
5) Since the name of the clan might be mistaken for D clans of the nationwide scale, the external name of the clans might be changed to "A clans" and thus, the external name of the clans shall be changed to "A clans," and the members of Qdong clans and the clans' clans shall gather on September 7, 2005, and decided to change the name of C clans to "A clans". 6) on September 15, 2005 on the ground of the above change of name, S completed the registration of change of ownership transfer from C to A titleholders of the land on which the ownership transfer registration was completed under the name of the clan C on September 15, 2005, and each land (hereinafter "the land of this case").
