1. The Defendant’s interest rate of KRW 71 million and KRW 50 million among the Plaintiff shall be from March 8, 2016 to the date of full payment.

The Plaintiff, on November 22, 2012, determined and lent to the Defendant KRW 30 million, KRW 10 million on May 23, 2013, and KRW 10 million on July 20, 2013, respectively, as interest rate of KRW 1.5%.

On March 8, 2016, the Defendant drafted a letter to the Plaintiff that “to repay the principal amount of KRW 50 million and interest KRW 21 million.”

[Grounds for recognition] According to the facts without dispute, Gap 1, 2, and 3 evidence, and the purport of the entire pleadings, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff interest or delay damages calculated at the rate of 15% per annum (the date of preparation of a note) from March 8, 2016 to the date of full payment for the principal of 71 million won and the principal of 50 million won among the principal and interest borrowed from the plaintiff.
