Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On April 30, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny in the Hongsung Branch of the Daejeon District Court, and on November 5, 2014, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence at a public prison on November 5, 2014.

From April 3, 2016 to May 24, 2016, the Defendant habitually stolen: (a) opened a warehouse window after opening a cafeteria operated by the victim D on April 26, 2016, and opened it, and had the key to assist the victim D-owned cash 1,800 won and F Kan-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-k-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-kn-k

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victims' property.

Around April 26, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) driven a vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from the front of the above E-cafeteria to the two front roads of the 155-14 U.S. Office of Do, 9km from April 3, 2016 to May 14, 2016, without obtaining a driver’s license from the 9km section of the 155-14 U.S. Office, and driving the said FF knife vehicle from April 3, 2016 to May 14, 2016.
