[2] On September 15, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a B-P-P-type car on the 7km section of the old bus stop located in Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do, the front day of the department store of New Zealand to the front day of the bus stops located in the Eup/Myeon in the Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si, with a alcohol level of about 0.14% in alcohol level from the 7km section to the front day of the bus stops located in the Gyeonggi-si.
