Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On February 6, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to five months of imprisonment with prison labor for embezzlement at the Suwon District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 14, 2013.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On November 2, 2010, the Defendant: (a) in the mutual U.S. car page located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (b) in the fact that the Defendant borrowed money from the victim T even if he/she did not have an intent or ability to repay the money, he/she obtained a false statement from the victim, stating that “if the business funds to operate a stock business are mother and child, and if he/she borrowed seven million won, he/she will immediately repay the money without the mold, he/she shall receive seven million won from the victim and acquired it by deception.”
2. On November 25, 2010, the Defendant acquired money from the victim and acquired money from the victim on the part of Gangnam-gu Seoul Gangnam-gu, Seoul, stating that “If the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to repay the money from the victim T, he/she would immediately pay the money through a stock futures option if he/she terminated the insurance purchased at a low time, he/she would pay the money.”

On August 16, 2011, the Defendant, despite having no intent or ability to repay money from the victim T even if he/she borrowed money from the victim, made a false statement to the same effect as the statement in paragraph (3) to the victim, and acquired it by deceiving 2080,000 won on the same day from the victim.
5. The Defendant, around December 31, 201, was the victim in Seoul Buddhist District.
