1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,106,820 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 27, 2017 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(4) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Public Notice) provides that “A creditor” shall be deemed to be a “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be a “Defendant.” The Defendant’s joint and several liability for the remainder of KRW 30,106,820 out of the amount of ready-mixed supplied by the Plaintiff to B Co., Ltd. from July 15, 2015 to December 23, 2015.”
