The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 22, 2018, the Defendant, at around 15:40 on the fourth floor of the D Building in Gwangju-dong-gu, Gwangju-gu, “The head of the headquarters refers to a large voice of “where the head of headquarters goes to the defendant who is the head of the headquarters, where he is the head of the headquarters, and where he is the head of the headquarters, he is the head of the headquarters.” The Defendant damaged the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out facts in the presence of seven persons, such as the employee F, etc.

2. Anyone who violates the Act on the Protection of Communications Secrets shall be prohibited from wiretapping of telecommunications or recording or listening to conversations between others that are not open to the public, and shall not disclose or reveal the contents of communications or conversations that he/she has become aware of in the above manner;

A. On March 22, 2018, at around 04:00, the Defendant installed a telephone tape recording app to H’s smartphone (phone number : I)’s spouse at the residence located in the Southern-gun G 301, Nam-gun, Yandong-gun, and fabricated the said H and E’s telephone contents so that they may record the conversations between the above H and E, and at around 17:07 of the same day, recorded the conversations between the above H and E and the others that are not open to the public, and at around 19:00 of the same day, disclosed the contents of the conversation that the Defendant came to know in the above manner to K, the head of the support team management division management division in the J & Nam-gun of the Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu.

B. On March 23, 2018, the Defendant recorded a conversation between the said H and E and recorded the conversations between others not open to the public by the said method in the 18:43, around March 23, 2018. On the 29th of the same month, the Defendant, at the trade infinite coffee shop located near the Gwangju Dong-gu Seoul metropolitan building, expressed the recorded contents to two staff members of the J Company head office (auditor, etc.). On the 29th of the same month, the Defendant sent a recording file to one of them, and disclosed and leaked the contents of the conversation that he/she came to know by the said method.
