The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (unfair sentencing) by the court below is unfair because the punishment (amounting to 500,000 won) imposed by the court below is too unreasonable.

2. Although there are favorable circumstances for the defendant, such as the recognition of the crime and the violation of the judgment, and the equality in the case where the first head of the crime committed in the latter part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, which is a single concurrent crime, should be considered at the same time as the crime committed in the judgment of the court below, it is difficult to view that the sentence imposed by the court below is too unreasonable, considering all other circumstances, including the defendant's age, sex behavior, environment, motive and means of the crime, and the circumstances after the crime, etc., which are the conditions for the punishment specified in the records and arguments.

Therefore, we do not accept the above argument of the defendant's above sentencing.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
