Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for a period of three years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a tourism bus driver belonging to D, was engaged in driving of the E Hyundai Passenger Bus 47 (hereinafter “instant bus”) owned by the company.

On October 13, 2016, around 22:10, the Defendant 19 passengers, including the Victim F (F, South Korea, 57 years old), drive the instant bus, and 40.8 km points at the point of Busan, Seoyang-gu, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do, Ulsan-do, Busan, Busan, about 40.8 km along the two-lanes from the side of the racing to the side of the Busan, but the Defendant changed the two-lane from the two-lane point of the two-lane to the mountain.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and changed the two-lanes to another bus between two different buses where the two-lanes are driving mainly at a speed of 86 km at an average speed of 500 km from the point where the two-lanes are placed in front of 500 meters, and the two-lanes are rapidly changed to another bus.

The bus of this case, which did not have a fire-fighting phenomenon due to speed, was fireed by a storm, and a protective wall installed two-lanes in front of the right side is taken.
