Punishment of the crime

On October 24, 2013, at around 02:10, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.112% at a distance of about 40km from around the Honam Highway located in the Gicheon-si Municipal Ordinance-dong to about 27.6 km (Yancheon-do bank) in front of the instant restaurant located in the Gisung-gun Municipal Ordinance-dong.
