1. The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance citing this case is the same as that of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is acceptable to accept this as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 4

(The grounds for appeal by the plaintiffs are different from the allegations in the first instance court, and even if the evidence submitted to the first instance court was presented to this court, the fact-finding and decision of the first instance court are justifiable). 2. Thus, the plaintiffs' claims should be dismissed in entirety as there is no reason.

The judgment of the first instance is just and the plaintiffs' appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all Justices.
